Lisa Cowan, Owner/Instructor/ Fitness and Nutrition Coach BA, LLB



Lisa is an Attorney-at-Law with practical experience in Jamaica. She was a Pilates Practitioner for many years before completing her Pilates Certification in Canada. Lisa is passionate about Pilates and believes that her transition from Pilates Practitioner to an Instructor was a natural progression one. She wanted to share the many benefits of Pilates with other and aims to make a positive impact on the lives of her clients. Her philosophy is that the practice is not a race, the progress is slow and steady and once you commit, it will be a beautiful and life-changing experience. She has also completed the Stott Total Barre Training and is a Fitness and Nutrition Coach.
